If you haven't tried it your missing out!  I have just started getting heavy into it.  Last time I was at the red river it didn't seem to me like the visibility was good. Shoot any gator gar?

I've stuck a few fish that managed to swim a little too close to my bro in laws dock on Duck Creek on Grand.  But I've never been on out on a boat now fishing it. I've been all over that  lake, But would think bow fishing it could be a little tough.  The majority of the lake is pretty steep banked rocky drop offs, more than the shallow flats that are good for bowfishing.  The north end of the lake might possibly be a little better cuz it is not as steep as the south end from what I have noticed. But I don't know that side of the lake as I do the south side.
