A close friend/hunting buddy of mine just got us set up with a new lease 20 minutes from the house so yesterday evening we figured we would go check it out and get a feal for the place and tote a couple dogs along. We took off riding around 7:30 with a decent wind blowing and turned onto a fresh buried pipeline right of way, about 1/2 a mile down we stopped for refreshments and happened to see a good solid hog cross the lane then less than 2 minutes later saw a couple more hogs cross further down. We decided to drop my 2 dogs, smoke and a brindle cur, camo, i recently purchased from Mr. And Mrs. Psencik (djhogdoggers) we pushed them up to where the first hog crossed and it didnt take em long to line him out inside the wood line. We sent davids cd from the buggy and just like that 1 boar catch.....you barr guys will love this, we were asked by the president to barr all boars we catch and turn em loose and if we caught sows we didnt want to go ahead and turn them loose also so thats exactly what we did, i even made it a point to take a picture of the removed "parts" for all the barr guys but for some reason the pic didnt save  Undecided anyhow after we cut him and turned him loose we picked up my 2 dogs and eased down close to where we saw the other hogs cross and turned davids 2 ybmc gyps loose.....in under 5 minutes we had bay number 2 going, we got close and the hog wasnt leaving but hadn't quite set up so i kicked camo out to em and once he got to the bay david sent his cd in to seal the deal. We caught and tied her and caught all the dogs and brought em to a pond to cool off. We took a few pics of the sow, notched her ear and turned her back loose to catch again another day. The dogs did great and it was nice to back in the woods with a good friend!

My tapatalk ap screwed up and now my phone wont let me redownload it so i cant upload any pics but i figured id post up anyhow. Hope everyone has a good weekend and happy huntin!

Thanks Mrs. Dinah. He hunted his tail off last night and winded the only hog we hit off of the buggy at 30+ mph lol, he about scared poor Danielle to death when he went to raisin hell to get loose, it was some funny stuff! He is doing great, couldnt be happier with him.
