Went and dropped dogs. Still tring out a new dog to she what she is made of. Only brought two dogs and a gun. Saw a group down in the feild. Snapper took a track and bayed. Sally went to her. They killed a small one and rolled out. Bayed again 300 plus yards in. Hog broke and ran to Dallas. Dogs came back. Roaded alittle and Sally struck a boar hog across a creek. Snuck in with the gun and watched them bay for about 5min waiting for the dogs to move so I could have a clear shot. Sally was up in his face and Snapper was backing up and baying at the ame time giving me the room to shoot, you could tell she knew the game. Got my shot at 30 yards. All in all a good hunt. Done by 8 15. Had my g/f' little girl with me. She got mad at me when I told her to wait till after I killed the hog. She wantted to see the bay. She loves helping with the dogs.   |

ha..... I dont have crap to hunt. Sis is in heat and from last night til about 30 mins ago....Buster, Luke and Bart have about killed each other thru the fence. Appearantly a 4x4 panel is not big enough to keep a Jagd from sticking their head thru the fence. Im on my way to modify pens and doctor dogs  |

I had a bad run in with a big boar early part of this year. It broke me of just dropping one bulldog. Plus, when it is just me it is more simple just to shoot. HFB, Thats snapper, the dog I am tring out. Chubby little thing! |
