   I cook them just like any other meat , slow smoked with pecan wood . the stubbs brand pork marinade is some good stuff and can be found at wallywood [ Wal-Mart ] . just about any recipe that calls for beef or pork can be made with wild hog . and ground or diced up , it makes a great pot of chili or stew .

I wrap a quarter n tin foil or n the oven with a lid to retain moisture. Season however u want. Inject with butter, garlic, onion, tony's. Dont really matter. Cut slits n meat and stuff with onion pieces. Cook till done THEN throw on grill for crunchy outside.
