During a conversation with one of my contacts at the Wounded Warrior Project, it was mentioned that a few of the soldiers that wanted to come this weekend were unable to make it due to other commitments, some medical, some family...

I told my contact to email me any time a vet wants to go on a hog hunt, and that I will post up on ETHD and let the membership know that there is a soldier wanting to hunt, and what region of Texas he/she is in.  I know there are many people that want to help out, but most don't know how or where to get started. I think this will be a good way to let the hog dogging community get more involved with the WWP hunts.

Thanks everyone that helped out this year...Too many to list, but y'all know who you are.

I will try to get some pictures up from our group. We were only able to get one sow for our group had another bigger hog caught but it raked the dogs off through a net wire fence and then dogs went on a piglet killing spree. Had a great time and we worked our tails off trying to find more pigs for our group but never were able to get another hog started.
