Has anybody heard about an old man from around the Corpus Christi area and that hog hunts with dogs and recently accidentally shot himself in the foot?? I was given two dogs last week that came from him but that is the only info I have. I was told that they are blue lacy but I think they have some bmc in them also. I was just trying to get a little more info on thier background. Thanks.

Dang son, them some rough looking dogs Shocked I'm trying to catch up on PMs, I got way behind, but those definitely aren't Lacys. I'm sure they have some cur, and I guess it's possible it could be Lacy though the coloring suggests BMC, but I've never even seen a Lacy mix quite like that. How big are they?

Hey Marshall,

I haven't read or seen anything on the news about this. If you find out his name, let me know as I might know him.

Thanks for the comments. They are supposed to be brothers. They kinda look like they have some lacy in them if you stare at them long enough.  Wink

Ha yeah I hunted them yesterday morning. They actually did great. They can travel a lot better than I expected. The Bigger one "Buttermilk"  Grin was caught on a sow that I tied. The shorter one, ''2%'' was with my buddies and they said he started a hog right in front of them. I dont know if those names are permanent...just what we started calling them.  haha They are supposed to be a little over a year old.

They got some heads on em'.  Even if they are only half full of brains, they aught to be smart.

Like having my own little fuzzy convict, he steals, is violent and from what I saw him doing to his teddy bear obviously sexually frustrated.
