We'll me my little brother and my wife went to look at a new spot last night. We got there around 5:30 and landowner told us property lines and where gates where and all so we decided to let the dogs stretch there legs a little bit.

I had chomper to catch and buzz and two of his sons that are 9 months old the end of this month with us. They had him bayed at 150 from us so we started easing that way when my pup started barking so I went to make sure he didn't stumble across a pig and the idiot is barking like crazy cause he was in some briars and couldn't get out. Lol. I just left him and said he needs to figure it out. Sure enough he got out and got to the bay. Turned chomper loose and as he went in the briars we saw the pig come out and realized he was pretty nice sized hog. I was worried now cause chomper was off his leash and they bayed him back up another 200 yards away and caught in a tank. We were running to get there and all I could see was water swirling. This hog had chomper on one ear and buzz on the other and was swimming across the tank. We all ended up having to get wet. He was trying to drown chomper but he wasn't letting go. Once he swallowed some water I jumped in and grabbed the hog by tail and knifed him to keep from loosing a dog.

I was proud of the two pups they did really good for there first hog. They were in there like they knew what they were doing. Now I just need to keep these pups in the woods and they may turn out.

My wife made a hand last night.

Me on the right with my pup from buzz and my bro on left with his pup from buzz.
