Where you outlet pipe leaves the tank..it should be about 8-10" inside the tank. Put a "T" coupling at the end of the outlet pipe. Add pipe to the bottom of the "T" so that it faces the bottom of the tank. This should be done in 3" pipe and then you could buy a filter from your local hardware store or homedepot/lowes....or a septic company close to you. Filter slides into the top of the tee. Make sure you cut the bottom pipe so that it is even with the bottom of your filter

I don't know of a particular brand name for the filter, they all are pretty much the same.
