have you checked the manuf. web site for cautions ? I don't use the product but that is where I would get my info from . the horses mouth so to speak .

Our merial drug rep came by and I asked him about it. Its not labeled for approved use in pregnant/nursing/lactating since they didnt do the testing for it. That being said it SHOULD be ok BUT use at ur own risk. Even with me saying it was for my dog his answer was just that: "it should be fine but we didnt test it, sooo......." One of those CYA instances for the drug company. Not many companies will test on said dogs, it costs a LOT to do that additional research

Thanks fellas . I read that it was not tested And was curious if any of you guys had used It. 3 more weeks till mom can be separated I think I'll just wait.

I went to the vet 45 min ago and asked and they didn't give me and answer on next guard but they said comfortes or how ever u spell it was fine they give it to a dog this morning that was nursing
