Went huntin the other day and added 2 collars to the existing 3 and it would only track 4. Is that the max for the 220 is 4 collars? I figured it would hold more then that...

they hold 10 ids 0-49 try add collar by touch then try add by enter id number,use another 220/320 to test .

You can delete all collars and add back on one by one and leave them on has worked for me

They may have same id number u can change id number also.
Peel and Paul.m know them units pretty good

Yep I track 5 with mine. They will track up to 10. Try doing whats suggested below
