Saturday morning it was 49 degrees, had to take the dogs out for awhile.  I've been running some trail cams out where we hunt so I had a pretty good idea where the pigs would be.  Took the dogs out and walked them a couple hundred yards down a deep hollow.  Both my strike dogs rolled out hard, and the race was on.  Went about 3/4 mile and bayed hard.  They held the bay till my dad could get within 575 yards of them and sent the catch dogs.  A few seconds later, caught pig.  Perfect eater too.

Few action shots, kinda blurry.

Where are you from Nannyslayer? I'd love to have some of that 49 degree weather down here about now.

Good hunt!

That hound is one of a kind. Heck of a hog dog. Wish he wouldn't catch but when my catch dogs get there, he catches too.

We are in Missouri.

Tried to get all the dogs in the picture at once but hard to do. The 2 dogs I'm holding are my catch dogs, the hound and the butt of the dog on the left hand side are my strike dogs, and the dog in the back is just a 5 month old pup, out of the dog you can only see his butt and tail. The pup was excited and wanted to be in on everything but he just didn't know what to do.
