I have a vest that come from a man in south Texas that is as good as a vest as seen just wandering if anyone can use it for a pattern and make me a new one the vest has been on well over 500 catches and never been cut thru that is the reason I wished I could get another made the problem is I dont know what the material is or who will make one like it

the outside is getting pretty ragged out the inside is still good but need to get another before this one is totally gone

I don't know jack about vest construction, but if it worked that good, and you don't know what it was made of, I think I would have someone stitch in a new outer layer if that's possible.  I bet a seamstress could overhaul the one you have, that way you know your dogs still have the same level of protection as before.

almost wander if it is an older valley creek vest.  seen a couple that were and had no markings but the guys swore up and down they were vally creek and they did look like them.  if it is what i am thinking it is 3 layers of kevlar for protection.

The lady in Franklin is the one that made my vest that I got from Ugly Dog 7 years ago and no holes it yet.

the vest has a green cover then has a tan spots and has cut collar and sleeves for the legs but the good part it is not real stiff
