Yep. And people look at me crazy when I tell them they need to feed that dog. I am a firm believer if u can't afford to feed them and care for em u don't need them.

Charles I saw the local papers photos of the dogs and they appeared to be walking bags of bones. An the investigation had been going on for awhile from what I understand. My buddy no longer works at the S.O. over there otherwise I would call and ask. Maybe somebody from LAVACA county that posts on here can give more information. |
