I didnt wamt to bring up an old post so i just figured I' d ask instead. Did anything ever come of this guy? Jail? Smack down ? Dirt nap ? I was reading through those posts and damn if he didnt rip a bunch of people off. I will say this. I let a walker coon dog go on a 2 week trial. The guy didnt know me from adam. I told him with 1000$ in my hand he could try the dog as long as he wants. and if it made him feel better he could come to my house and get the dog. He asked if id take him hunting. I took him to my spot and we treed 2 coons. He layed 1000$ in my hand and asked if he could still trial the dog. I said sure. Long story short the dog had to much range for his liking and he got his money back and i got the hound back. Now im as poor as dirt and sometimes barely get by but im not about to rip a man off. People have dissappeared for a lot less than a bad deal on a dog...sorry to hear about yalls dealings with this idiot .

As long as there are buyers unwilling to do their homework, and who still believe everyone is honest there will be those that will prey on them. Sad, but true.

I had no dealings with him but. I know this. What happens in dark parking lots and on back roads are better off not seeing the light of day.

Shotgun...you are right but the conscious is a hard thing to live with...the law needs to make it easier to prosecute people like Claude Ard...
In my opinion it is much easier to take advantage of honest folks because they generally do not think that way on average...
Some folks take advantage because of ignorance because they honestly believe they are selling a good dog...
On the other hand Claude Ard does it on purpose and goes thru a lot of trouble and thought to scam innocent people...

I'm not I defense of Claude at all. I side with the others. U bet ur tail if I do something nobody will know it was me. Not even the recipient. U can't press charges on a Man U can't identify. And I sure ain't gonna tell the world about it. Lol
