I have a 40 that was working fine one day and now it will lose communication for a very long time and maybe pickup for a few minutes and lose it again for a long time. Anyone know what might be wrong and or how to fix it?

May be interfering with another collar, if so you can change it in settings. But more than likely it's the antenna, change it and try it out.
