Just got a decent deal on baytril liquid. I read a few posts on here about using .25cc per 5lbs for the first day then follow with pills. Do any of you use this and how do you use it? Is it okay to use it for a few days in a row? I've used the pills in the past years but never the liquid. Kind of hard to get some of these meds so I didn't want to pass it up. Anything will help. Thanks in advance

What's your ratio and do you use it daily? According to the dose provided in writing it says 12.5cc for 50lb dog. Are you using just 3cc daily for 3-5 days?

Another question... One place I read said give the shot in the muscle, and one said subcutaneous. How do y'all do yours?

If u ever have a question about meds, a good resource is the MERCK VETERINARY MANUAL.  U CAN google it and its now online, or u can buy the manual itself, if u like having things like that in your doggie intensive care unit! But it will give u the range of dosing so u can go lite or heavy, depending on wat you are dealing with
