Caught the first one on a solo hunt. It was probably less than 2 minutes between the dogs striking, shutting him down, and me putting my pit on his ear. Happened so fast that he had a ton of fight in him when I laid my hands on him. The second pig was with a group of guys I took hunting Friday night. We have a feeder on the lease about 1000 yds from the trailer we stay in that has a motion light on it that you can see from the porch. We pulled in right at 10PM and the light was on so we geared the dogs up and hit it. About 600 yds later they had this guy bayed up. Let my pit go at 60 yds and heard a massive collision. The plan was to let one of the guys I was hunting with leg the first hog, but when he saw him he decided it would be best to let me handle it. No monsters or great cutters, but both boars were right at 200 lbs and great work for the dogs, especially my young pups I'm working.
