hurt pup

Went out of town and my pup 4 months is carrying his back leg. I pressed all over it and worked it back and forth and it does not seem to bother him. Pressed on his joints and toes and nothing. But he still carries it. He does have some movement in it, it is almost like the paw is broke however I pressed on it and he does not respond for pain. Any ideals what it may be. I was only gone for 2 days.
