Thats about as messed up as a football bat.
First thing I thought was something I read about bees suddenly making blue honey in some hive. Went on for awhile and nobody could figure out what it was. Eventually found out it was some candy factory and the bees figured out how to get into the big tanks with syrup and food coloring in it, they were filling up on it then making blue honey.
Makes me wonder if there's something like that going on here ? I guess it won't be that simple since the bees just spit out the honey and the hog has to process fat.

The blue fat is caused by a poison used to poison squirrels in the orchards in CA. Some folks use it for rat poison, UC Davis and CA game and fish have fact sheets about it. They also have a slogan of if its blue it's not for you. There is an additive in the poison that stores in fat tissue that causes the fat to turn blue.
