I have 2 decent water hoses that are over ten years old...but on 2 of my dog kennels I picked up from someone's trash pile a hose that looked like high quality and I cut it in 2 and made 2 hoses out of one...

after fighting them for several years now I decided to go buy me a good hose at the hardware store and it is junk...no better than what I picked up mon the side of the road...

hindsight is 20-20...I Youtube'd it after the fact and found this one...fixing to order one...only thing I don't like is the color... a contractor said it was the best he has used in his business as well...

May have to try that when I need a hose. I hate a cheap kinky hose and try to buy good ones. My wife is cheap and buys crappy ones. Then she steals mine and tries to get me to use hers.

In general, I like cheap kinky hoes. But, I'll have to try one of these some day...

I like the red rubber high temp/high pressure garden hoses. They sell them at the big box stores. They are more pricey but worth it. They don't retain memory and the sunlight doesn't seem to affect them when heating the trapped water all day in summer.
