Similar to what pwilson said, but instead of messing with pouring gas into tbe cylinder and trying to bust it off that way, you could just spray starting fluid into the air breather OR pull plug out, place plug back into plug wire, ground it out and turn the engine over. If your sparking or it busts off with either, you have a fuel flow problem. With it being an 06, do you have a carb or Efi? Carb, pull it off and clean it good, including float bowl and ck float to see if it has fuel in it. If it has fuel in it, it could be filling up with gas and closing the inlet so no fuel is entering the bowl. If its efi, i cant help ya except to mention to see if the fuel pump is coming on when you power the machine up. If its not coming on, check your fuses, if fuses are good, check for voltage at the fuel pump elec conector. If no voltage, check for resistance, if no resistance, you have an open/broke wire, good luck to ya on chasing that 1 wire down.

Troubleshooting 101 for internal combustion engines. If its sucking and blowing, check the spark and fuel and 99% of the time, its spark or fuel.

Is the ignition cb, relat or fuse still good? It may something as simple as that and not the coil. It could also be the plug wire shorted out internally or broke at one of the ends or the electrode in the plug crapped out. Shoot the electrical system before ordering and throwing parts at it in hopes of fixing it.
