Those were some awesome articles...the sausage, lard and salt pork making reminded me of the cold weather and good times over 50 years Go... I also remember no ac...very little indoor plumbing and a pot to boil water if I wanted a warm bath...

I wonder if the hogs were smarter back then or am I just dumber than those men were .... Aint no way I could teach my culls to push hogs like that these days....
