Whitetail hunting

Hey y’all
Been wanting to post this but I just haven’t -
Can’t believe I don’t see more of this on here -
I been wanting to go to Texas to kill big whitetail deer - have had friends go and I’ve bird hunted in Texas a few times but I have not had the chance to deer hunt - prefer free chase unless fence is very large- bow or rifle don’t matter to me - any thoughts or recommendations?? Clubs? Guides? Ranches?
Also I’m looking for 150-160 class and to hunt with good ol boys most important to me ! Can be just me or a group whatever is available.
