Came home from lunch today, sat down on the couch and looked out the sliding glass door into the pasture. Saw this buck out there by himself, my rifle was in my dads truck so I had to open up the safe and get his but couldnt find any bullets. Found two sitting on the dryer, and snuck around the house so he wouldnt see me come out.
Propped up on the fence, shot, and he ran about 75 yards and dropped.
Went out there and loaded him on the truck.
About an hour later, two game wardens pulled up with him sitting on the tailgate still.
My neighbor who is a crazy b***h called them. One of those nutjob horse rescue women, she calls everytime I shoot a gun.
Anyways, the gm asked me for my license then looked around to make sure I shot it on my property, and said I was perfectly legal.
After he left, he stopped by her house and told her there is not a damn thing she can do about us hunting there, so that made me happy
All in all, its a decent 7 point for south florida about 2 1/2 years old.
