ok i know color doesn't make a dog and that's not what this post is about i think allot of ppl have a certain color on a dog they absolutely hate mine is a pure black dog which is really puttin me in a bind cause id like to try a parker dog but heard most were black and have never had good luck with solid black dogs have a buddy who hates white dogs anyone else have bad experience with a certain color more than one occasion i guess kinda like a curse id say ?

lol i like whatever really but for some reason i haven't had luck with them lets just say if you see a black dog in my yard he is goin to be good |

I don't really like a white dog for hunting just because blood shows so bad but I would hunt a purple dog with pink dots if it would find a pig

dont care to much for yellow dogs never had one that i liked...3-bdogs i think if you ever saw one of parkers good dogs hunt balck would be your new favortive color on a dog

Gotta love them brindle dogs ... They get it done lol  but I've never seen a catahoula that was anything better than a bay pen dog... That is totally just my opinion and in no way a fact |

I feel silly when I think back on the bias I had with certain colors when I was younger. I use to be the same way about brindle and black dogs until I raised some sure enough good ones from good blood lines. When I consider a dog out of different bloodline, superstition and past luck with color dont have jack to do with my decision making process.  I say get you a Parker cur if you want one. If it works out for you, it wont have nothing to do with its color. If it dont work for you, it still wont have nothing to do with its color. lol |

i hate blue dogs but my solid black pit has been outcaught by 1 still just dont like blue dogs of any sort but if i needed 1 an it got the job done id take it
