A friend put me on to a product called PG 600. Its a product for pigs. I had 2 females that wouldn't come in heat. Gave it to both of them, they both came in. One bred and had a litter, the other came in but not enough to breed. Although the one that didn't breed then came in again a few months later and is about to have them. Look up pbsanimalheath.com, they carry it. The only bad thing about it is it burns them, so use a muzzle or put a leash onher and pull her head up close to a fence. She will want to bite at you. Also it comes in single dose vails, use the whole dose. Hope this info helps.

Move her to another yard for a little while. On all moet every occasion I have brought a new female home or sold one,After arriving on a new yard surrounded by new dogs the female would come in heat. Sounds crazy I know, but I speak the truth

You can also feed the female rabbit feed for two weeks and do not give anything but rabbit feed she will have a heat for 30 days straight and then she will have regular cycles. I have used it several times.

I've never heard of this but am curious as to do you still breed her on the same 9-13 days after spotting starts?

usually you can tell but it brings them into full blown heat . The way I came to know is I had a buddy that always had pups either on the way or was on the ground and finally I asked him how and well he told me and like a Texas boy I went home and tried it and well for a full 30 days my catahoula gyp was in her first heat at the age of 4 yrs old she had never came in before that
