Got to a lease yesterday that has produced some good hogs this year,, parked and unloaded the ranger on a pipeline and started down the pipeline, we was gonna look for fresh rootin or tracks. So we were ridin along and all the dogs started goin crazy in the back throwin there heads up and whinnin so we turned all four of them loose (june, skinny, buster, snoopy) and they tore out into the woods and bayed up,, we let them bay for a few minutes and we started to walk to them and they shut up and the hog broke then we heard them a good ways in there bayed up agian,, so we went back on the road and drove around to where we thought the would be and on the way there we saw a sow that was white as snow with a few small black spots on her cross the road in front of us, so we keep goin to the end of the road and we killed the ranger and we heard squeelin about 100 yards out, i took off and legged the hog and dad got the dogs tied and snapped a pic before we turned her loose... we got the dogs and took em back to where we seen the sow cross and turned loose agian, the dogs stayed gone for a good 30 minutes but never heard a bark, then we finally got em called back... heres a pic of the sow,, not very good since it was on a phone

Nice sow Clint!
I don't know about the afternoon, but yesterday morning was beautiful weather to hunt in. It felt like a fall morning with a nice north wind blowing.

Good hunt, how 'bout some pictures of your dogs? I'd like to see how they're built... you did say they're pretty rough right? Thanks, Noah

Football!!!!! Football is for girls, hog hunting is for the men!!! Wish i still could be playing football those were the best times in schools getting to knock someones head off and not get in trouble . I was a middle or mike linebacker and it was fun..
