My son and I have a couple help dogs and a strike dog prospect but dont have anyone close to hunt with and need a dog that will 100% find a Hog. We have hogs on the property but our young prospect doesnt quite have the confidence yet and needs some help. He had it when I got him but has lost some since bein on his own. If you can help us out please let me know. I really dont care what kind of dog only need it to take a hot track and work to the hog even if by himself. Dont care if he is semi open etc.. We are trying to hunt as much as we can but are going backwards with dry runs on HOT sign because young dogs wont stay with it.
My son (8 year old) and I hunted from dark till 4 am last night trying to put the dogs right on top of em but they just wouldnt stay with it. Sons getting discouraged and Im ready to stick some.
