Started about 6 with BayCrazy, kids & wife. Didn't take long, took longer to load dogs and put collars on than it did to find the hogs. Ty seen them in the pasture about 100yrds, turned Rookie, Jake, Tracker, and Ally loose and in less than a min. Tracker and Rookie had them stopped. They cut out this good boar and stayed with him. AGAIN, didn't even have time to get the second LONE STAR down and they were bayed solid. We drove the wheelers about 50yrds from the bay and turned Spanky,and Bo loose to catch witch Tracker and Rookie allready had him caught so they just had a little help. I hollored at Sammy which was running through the woods holding Clare(baby girl) to come stick it and she did just that. She run in and stuck him good. Well we are back at the house and unloaded dogs cooking breakfast and drinking beer and it is only 8. Gotta love it, Good friends, Good dogs and Good kids. Now we have to go tomorrow because Colin(Ty's Son) has "POOCH LIP" because he didn't get to stick it. Oh well, we will get one for him tomorrow. HAPPY HUNTING!   |
