I had a litter of pit cross and half the litter did the same thing, I asked and no definite answers could be found, unless I let the vet run alot of crazy tests and payed a small fortune. My vet recommended I wait. At about 2 months all was well, he said it may have been from the pups being born in the summer and the heat draining them of energy. Not sure what it was but seemed to only affect my pups born in the summer. Now all are inside my A/C'd shop when born in the summer. Hope it helps.
