 Came home this morning and found a flyer hanging from my door.........talk about getting the red ass. I called the number on back, home office is up north somewhere. I told the lady who answered that I didnt like someone coming onto my land and I would press charges if I caught them again. I am now pissed becasue now someone came onto my land and took pictures of MY dogs and judged me b/c of the way I keneel them. The lady on the phone tried to get into an arguement with me over it.  Also I am sure the SO or HS will be here before too long. I have a pitt in the back that just became a boxer mix. My kennels are (2) 6x12 (1)12x18 and (1) 12x20. I geuss those arnt big enough.............. They didnt see the lab inside sleeping on my couch watching tv. Each dog has 2 5ga water buckets, no food bowels b/c they all eat raw. What a crock of sheat. Sorry for the rant..............I am just really pissed off right now.

 Mike- I thought the same thing but I cant prove who it was. I have a call into the "area rep" listed on the website. I am hoping that I can get her to say it was her. All my dogs are well taken care of. But you know how pictures can be taken to make it look otherwise.

Record the conversation to the rep....she might admit to much over the phone with you and then play dumb with the cops.....If she admits it then call the SO and ask to file a report for criminal trespass and if they wont follow thru then call the local DA office.....

Your rant does not clearly state the situation. Did the letter explicitly state that they had taken pictures of your dogs and kennels?

If so, it seems to me that is a written admission of guilt.....

It may not say who the individual was but if it does indicate that they were there on DDB.com business, that would seem to indicate that DDB has commissioned a crime.......

I had animal control cut my chain and take some dogs.  I went up there got ignorant and they called the cops on me.  I was in the right so I called my attorney and needless to say they wont even return my calls or his.  They were in the wrong and put me in a position that I could have lost everything because of their ignorance!  What I am trying to say is, they want you to get upset and fight with them, makes them look better, just have an attorney call them and they will not fool with you again.

I just wish people that did crap like that lady hanging the sign on this guys house realized that most hunters dogs, are first off, well fed, in shape, and are always given water, wounds are cared for, etc. anyone that has a dog that isnt fed well, or is to fat and out of shape, or wounded, well they wont hunt for crap.

I know there is bad apples in every bunch, but every hunter I know takes really good care of his or her dogs.

I would file a reort so ayleast you have some documentation on record, also like said above have your attourney call them, if they get you angry then that just gives them the upper hand. If you don't follow through then they will just get stronger and sttronger about who they can bully around. I would be darn angry also, and post this on every hog hunting, coon hunting, squirrel hunting website on the internet so other folks can also be aware, of whats going on, they will be better prepared.

very true noah, having a couple bulldogs in my fenced in front yard has discouraged lots of people from entering, including salesman and people begging me to come to their church, etc. lol
