Rodney met up with me about 345 this morning at the house and we headed to the ranch to meet up with Ricky and Barry. My boss asked me to try to get some hogs out of the food plots of standing corn we left for the duck. Hit one first off and caught this nice spotted boar. 251 lbs on buyers scales

Went over to another spot and got on some more hogs pretty quick. Took the dogs awhile to get it sorted out. Ended up catching this sow in the open pasture so I tagged her and sent her on her way.

We loaded up and went about a mile and a half west to hit another place. Dogs went into the woods, 5 min later they bayed up again. Got in there and it was the tagged sow again

I have no idea how she made it that far that fast, but somehow she did. Sent her on her way...again. Got on the levee and headed west. Dogs got real windy close to some fresh wallows. They went into an old clear cut and bayed. Caught a little 120 pound boar. Cut him and sent him on his way also

Dogs rolled out and bayed deep into the clear cut. Its super thick and nasty in there. Me and Rodney slipped in and I could see he had some decent cutters. I hollared for catch dogs and he broke. Ran across the levee all the way to the river. Finally got him caught, had to kill him as we couldnt get to him.

I thought all the dogs were whooped. Got back to levee and D-man and boss are across the river. I went to try to call them back and i could hear them bayed. Another clear cut on the other side of the river...oh joy. I didnt have a knife, gun, ropes, or camera. Took 45 min to go 200 yards to them. They had a real nice boar, probably 240-245 bayed up. I called them out but when he broke they left out on him. They finally came back and we called it a day.
