i've been wondering about this too, and can find no info from the wildlife dep., but there is a regular pig sale near here that sells them every sale. about a month ago i called the owner and asked him about sellin some. he said bring em on, it was to hot to mess with em so i didnt take em and wound up sellin them at the house.
all i could find on dept. of ag web site was that you need a license for holding facilities, breeding facilities, buying stations, and transport, but if i read it right, transport regulations only apply if you are moving 15 hd or more, more than 50 miles, or across state lines

I talk to a docter off something at the dept. of ag he said there was no law on hauling them home alive , he ask if you would kill the hog before you sold to someone and said if you haul more than fifteen you had to get a free permit or over fifty miles the same or across stste lines and it was a felony to release
