bad thing is it needs a new battery and a front caliper is locked up. it might just need to be worked with.
this 4wheeler has been sitting for a few years, i changed the oil, put new gas in it, aired up the tires, drove it around the (wet)yard, wiped it of a little with a rag and took a picture. so it can clean up a lot better than in the picture.
