Thomas got a call Friday, needing some hog removal done in Fort Bend County, actually part of same property we have hunted for years, but this part is leased to seperate farmers & hunters. Last minute, we invited a few folks that could not make it on short notice. Anyway so it was Thomas, Myself, Daughter Sequoia and her boyfriend Cullen.
The grain was not that big and on the far side it a rural subdivion so we decided to stay a ways up from the houses, let the dogs out and couple left out from the truck, that we did not see until killed the first hog. Nice little boar without any teeth. Then the dogs bayed a really large group in the woodline next to the grain on the side of property that we usually hunt. Cur dogs caught one and the group busted, it was nice to hear the hogs chattering all around us, Thomas got nailed by one as they were making a break for it, and jumped another. The curs rolled out and caught two more shoats and we called it a night as it was getting kinda chilly down in that bottom.

Kids had to play PiggyBack with the pigs!

Looks like good times to me.  So Thomas got in the way of a moving hog huh... maybe he is slowing down a little with age. Cheesy
