Life has been fast and furious for me here lately. I have been much busier than I have cared to be. I sure have missed being able to take time out to read the hunting stories, look at the pictures, exchange a little banter, bash the houndsmen, and most of all the comedy relief I get from my ETHD family.

Im not so busy I cant wish each and every one of you good folks a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year though!!!

God bless you all!

Deer season is almost over so get ready to hunt em up ETHD!!!

I hope the new year finds you healthy, your dogs hunting hard, the hogs baying good, and the skunks and the dillos staying in their holes while your dogs are on the ground!!!

Had my boys on horses yesterday. I put my four year old daughter in the saddle with me and she was mad because she wanted to do it herself. So we put her on her own horse. It was so cute because her little legs could not reach long enough to get the horse to go so I swatted the horse. My brother in law showed her how to use the reigns. Next thing you know she was riding around the arena by herself. When the horse stopped she tried to use her heals but it did not work so then she reached back and swatted the horse. That is my girl she is a get'r done girl that don't let anyone tell her she can't do something. My six year old was asking about when he would be able to drive. He said "Daddy I want a truck just like yours." I must say that was a very special moment. Not everyone would want a truck like mine because there is not one piece of chrome and only the windows and mirrors shine. It has the factory flat camo paint. But he had to settle for a new cowboy hat and boots (spurs too!) and of course toys. It was funny because I got him a remote control helicopter and I got one from someone else. So there are little helicopters terrorizing everyone. Remote 4X4 running over stuff even my daughters new pink boots. My daughter got all kinds of pink and frilly girly stuff. So Christmas was good for everyone here. I hope everyone had good family times and gifts that brought smiles to the children.

Hey Chance I got to bring Wyatt over so he can learn roping. I ain't that good on a horse and don't know roping.
