hey guys.i live in ennis texas and i have a place about 6 miles from my house that i hunt often but i dont run my dogs there or use guns its a bow hunting only place that i run feeders year round.well the past month there hasent been but maybe two or three hogs.any advice.im an advid hogdogger i go just about every night but not at this property.the hogs used to be so thick here night and day.please help

its a place we bow hunt.its just werid they were as thick as fleas and now its liek we maybe see one or two a week when we would see 20 0r thirty.just wondering what everyone thought about it.different food source??? i through out 500 pounds of bread at every feeder the feeders feed but the hogs are just thinning out.

Go pick up the old donuts they throw away. The day after day old donuts it don't mater how old they are. It could be natural predators (not likely) or they just found a spot they like better. Could someone be poaching?

Hogs move, they are rangey type critters. I hunt in Scurry and the same thang happened to one of my places. Gotta just leave em alone for a while and try later. Hogs are very hard to figure out.

I get donuts frm the donut store they through out I put them out like 3 times a week , I have 6 or 8 that always stay around but some times you may see 30 for a week then they leave an you only see the same lil group that always stay around , but they will be back or new ones will move in

i appreciate it everyone.just wanted to see what yalls thoughts were.it was just weird how wed see them everday anytime of the day all day long and then all of a sudden boom there gone.iv maybe seen three or four hogs on my trail cames in the past month.and we get bread and donuts from a bread shop down the road.we get over 500 pouds of bread we throw out every tuesday.there well fed.appreciate it everyone.is anyone located around ennis that hunts  ? me and my wife need some doggin buddys i just got out of the marine corps in april and have been looking for someone to run with us for awhile now.and if anyone else has any place around here they would let a marine vetran hunt and manage the place.i can do all types of work fencing cattle welding you name it.i just need more places to hunt. |

With hogs,i tell people thers two places,places that have hogs and places that are going to have hogs. If there not there now they will be back!!!

I'v hunted north texas close to OK for years now. I've noticed we have hogs move through real thick for two years then their gone for about a year and then back for two years. Don't know why and I'm sure its not the same hogs. I just think think they are a roaming breed. Hunting pressure will make them move as well.
