i have a friend in desperate need for a live in housekeeper.  If you or you know anyone with experience please give me a call/text at 210-275-8389 or PM me.  He would take a husband/wife duo with a husband that is ranchhand savy, but the housekeeper is the main concern.  It will come with a free room and board, and paid vacation.  It is in Madisonville, TX.
