Delta Cargo works great for fast times.  Just sent a pup to Illinois for $262.

I used USHIP to have Annie brought from northern Oklahoma to Houston, Tx.  The people picked her up, and delivered her to me in the woods (I was out hunting) for $200.00.  Less than my fuel cost if I was to make the trip myself.

The only thing that I see with uship is while they are cheaper they are not USDA licensed.  Also most of the people doing the hauling are just regular people hauling the dog and do not take an interest in the health and well being of a dog.  From talking with Dave I get the impression he really goes above and beyond to ensure the animal reaches its destination safe and sound.  I have used Uship though with success, I just don't know that I would use them for a real expensive dog.

Just used Cajun Pet Transport and it was super nice. the dog came from Mr Masons in TX to 10 min from me IN Central VA , for $300.00. Guy even sleeps in the Sprinter so the dogs are never alone. Real knowledgable as well. He tended to a couple scrapes and didn't freak out about the dogs weight , which was lean due to being worked alot. Check him out you shouldn't be disappointed..
