If you want to catch big boars on a consistant basis then you need to train the strike dogs on nothing but large boars in the bay pen.

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog... A hunting dog is born not made...

Shoot! One of my best dogs won't bark at a pig in the bay pen. I got a big hog that I work my dogs on. Mean sucker too.

I'll tell you one thing boy and tiger are not worth shooting in a baypen but I wouldn't take anything for them in the woods
