This contest is open to any legal means or methods including traps.

◆ 1st Place: $10,000 (Most Hogs killed during event)
◆ Daily Prizes: $500 a day for most hogs killed

Registration and Rules:
◆ All hogs eligible to be entered in the contest must be taken from within the following counties: Shelby, Sabine, Rusk, Panola, Nacogdoches and San Augustine.
◆ Entry fees will be $150 for individuals or teams not to exceed four people. All contestants must complete a REGISTRATION FORM and WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
◆ All hogs must be of feral origin. Any hog that does not meet the characteristics of a wild feral hog will not be accepted and result in team disqualification. The hunt is only open to free-range, wild, feral hogs. No pen fed hogs will be accepted and any such hog entered in the contest will result in team disqualification. No hog may be entered in the contest that was taken within or upon a property with high fences either designed for, or capable of confining hogs. No hog may be entered in the contest that was taken on a property that offers wild hog hunts and has a completely enclosed fence capable of confining wild hogs.
◆ All hogs must be dead upon arrival to Wulf Outdoor Sports.
◆ Hunting will commence at Thursday, May 5, at 12:00 a.m. No hunting will be allowed prior to this time. All traps must be void of hogs at the start of the contest. However, baiting of hogs prior to the start of the contest is allowed.
◆ All teams must meet compliance with all local, state and federal hunting regulations. Contestants are also required to possess a valid Texas hunting license. Any hog taken illegally in any matter, including but not limited to being taken during any trespass to property will not be accepted and result in team disqualification.
◆ While on Wulf Outdoor Sports property, any hunters exhibiting influence of drugs or alcohol are subject to being disqualified.
◆ Teams may not accept any help or assistance from non-team members with baiting, capturing, trapping, killing, or transporting of hogs.
◆ Teams may harvest hogs by any legal means, including trapping.
◆ Each team must determine which hog(s) to have weighed for entry in the “Heavy Hog” contest. Every hog will not be weighed; just the hog(s) you believe or the judge(s) believe will qualify for entry into “Heavy Hog”.
◆ Following check-in, teams are responsible for disposing of all animals in an appropriate manner. No hogs will be disposed of on Wulf Outdoor Sports property.
◆ No Dogs or Guns will be allowed outside of vehicles, dog boxes, trailers while on Wulf Outdoor Sports property.
◆ Teams that violate any rule will be disqualified. If team members should show deception of any kind the team will be immediately disqualified and the team’s entry fee will not be refunded.
◆ All animals must be harvested within competition hours and within the specified region.
◆ All contestants are subject to polygraph exams based solely on the judgment of Wulf Outdoor Sports judges. Winners will be polygraphed!
◆ All decisions by panel of judges are final.
◆ The contest ends at noon on Saturday, May 14. Any individual or team not in by 12:00 p.m. will be disqualified. Be sure to give ample time to get to the check-in location by 12:00 p.m. Wulf Outdoor Sports judges’ time is official time.
◆ Hogs must be brought in by 12:00 pm each day to be counted for that day’s daily prize. Any Hogs brought in after 12:00 pm will be counted towards the totals for the following day.
◆ Prizes will be awarded immediately following the close of the hunt and verification of winners on Saturday, May 14th. By paying their entry fee, contestants consent to photos being used by Wulf Outdoor Sports/Pineywoods Beverage for promoting future initiatives without compensation to contestants.
