I found Fish Flex Forte online. Says 500 mg cephalexin, no Rx required. The website says pharmacy grade labeled for aquarium use. All the research I have done shows there is only 1 type of cephalexin.

Anyone using this for their dogs ?

i havnt used it but thats correct, there is only one kind of cephalasporin(cephalexin) form of antibiotic, its a derivative of the amoxicillin based antibiotic..its not as strong as the penicillins or as absorbant.
