I've kept 4 pups from 2 litters of pups from my dogs Red and Molly (a red and a yellow BMC). Here's Red with Camp and Blackie at 4 mos.

Here's Camp at 7 mos.

Here's Blackie and Uno my gyp. She's a year and 4 months. She stayed right at my feet until she got to be a year old. Now she is very gritty.

And here's Swimmer with Red. I have to keep Swimmer away from Blackie who is taller and smarter. Swimmer has a top-dog attitude.

Blackie is hunting 600 to 800 yards out. I have to keep a tracking collar on him. He's very outgoing and loves to hunt. He's hard to keep up with.

Blackie at 7 mos. is taller than Red. Red has really good muscle structure and a very short coat. Camp has Red's coat.

They are woods trained (I don't have access to a pen). I'll see how they do with big boars this fall. Here's a bar they got last weekend. Red, at left, can ruin a ham in seconds.
