Yeah thats a tough one, if your house is on his land, well its kinda his house. I do sympathize though, I would not want to get in the middle of all that mess.

i would have to say if i was payen bills and lived in seperate house, i would have my dogs if i wanted them. i understand doen what u have to do for ur little ones!!! but ur gonna always be told what u can and cant do as long as u live were ur liven man, first its ur dogs then its what ever else u may enjoy doen in life. u cant live by another mans rules and ever truly be happy in life.

You right Big Chris I'm not happy but I came from a divorced family and it sucked and when I was old enough to know I told myself if I ever had kids I wouldn't put them through that.

Talk to your paw in law and tell him , explain to him how u can build kennels that are escape proof and see if he'll agree,,, if not, start lookin for another spot to call home, so u can do the things u enjoy. Divorce is a horrible thing, but so is kids watching their dad be browbeat . Good luck to ya , hope things work out
