This is my place yes and there is alot of deer, There is electric and a waterwell in the front of the property 2 ponds rain ponds that stay full throughout the year never seen them dry any other questions let me know?

I dont have any at the moment i can email some more pics to you later and we have no mineral rights but there is no oil wells on the prperty or any oilfield related equipment.....

haha actually yea that buck is still alive that pic was taken after season this year and yea thats a great price for the prperty all other land around me is going for 1000 per acre i just need to get rid of this place putting high fence up on another ranch and need the money thanks zack
