Sometimes the hunting is hard and things just dont seem to work out the way you want them to. Sometimes you take people that just dont catch on or are just not fun to be around.  We went hunting the other night and the dogs struck then ran a big circle , GPS is AWESOME ,  then as we were going to them my fourwheeler dropped a lower ball joint and left me stranded .  The land owner went back to his camp to get some tools and while they were gone I was watching the dogs on the GPS.  They had a bay going for over an hour . They were a little over 3/4 of a mile away and i could barely hear them barking every once in a while when the wind would quit blowing.  Long story short the bay broke just as the land owner got back to me and then the dogs stopped again . We left my fourwheeler and went to em and they had this little shoat caught .  At least the hunt wasn't all bad .

OK Guys can yall guess what the best part of this hunt was  ? ? ?

Marvin,

I wouldnt care too much for a hog with her around for sure.  Went down south Thurs. caught two and ran the heck out of a bunch of them, but dogs split and had three bays going and by the time we made a decision on which one to go too, they had caught their breath and were rolling again.  We ran my two dogs that morning from 8:30 til after lunch took a break kicked them back out again around 430 that afternoon, got a jump around 600 and didnt get them back until midnight.  I still havent got the total mileage from the gps, but I will try and get that before we kick them out in the a.m.
