So this has been on my mind I have a couple guys I have hunted with all on my spots we have caught some decent hogs and had dry runs also but the thing is never get an invite on there places and I know they can have other people come they tell me how good they been then when their places get slow they call me and want to go back with me what is up with that  |

Yup, when i started i actually traded a hunt on my place per pup then we started trading hunt for hunt, the guy that got me started ended up bein one of my best friends

xx2 , lay it down man it's called using up . Some hoghunters believe it are not are SSOB's when it come to stuff like that I have a guy i hunt with will only call me when he needs to hunt a place to keep it but knows there is a bad hog in there and then leaves his best dogs home figures it's better to get mine cut down catch the bad hog then he'll go in without me and clean it out with little to no fear .

How about just asking. There may be a really good reason. Like they had no idea you would even want to go. I have my problems dealing with people and I like people to be blunt and just ask. Sometimes I forget. Sometimes I just don't think. If someone wants something just ask before think they are a sorry person. I don't have many places but I lost one because I just asked about bringing someone with me. They say who can be there not me. I know you are not talking about me but I am just giving and example. I wish I had places to take people. I know I call and invite people any chance I get for any kind of hunting but just to hogs yet. Maybe when I buy my own ranch  |

I've had the same problem. People would not invite me to hunt their spots but allways wanted to hunt my spots. I have a new rule you hunt my spot with me and I hunt your spot with you. If can not work then never ask to hunt my spots again.

I have that same problem. . My own family does that to me hell one asked me how to get on my best place with out me. They have messed up one of my best places bringing everybody and there biscuit hounds with them. Id get calls can we hunt in the morning, sure I say come 4:30 they will show up 4 trucks deep and bout 20 dogs on the ground on a 450 acre place. I hunt mostly alone now

Yep I totally agree! Hunting with wrong people. I had the same thing happen to me so now I go with people who do same as I do invite on their stuff to.
