My dog has some sort of deep stratch or cut on top of his head as well as the tip of his ears scratched up pretty good. been this way for quite a while..it will stop bleeding when it scabs over but then i guess he starts scratching it and it opens back up. I guess my ? is what can i put on it to try to get it healed up so he will stop bleeding so much? any home remidies or somthing to get it dried up and healed up? any help is sure appreciated!!!

supper glue works better than liquid skin in my experiences and the cone isnt a bad idea either

put an elizebethian collar on it  [cone ] for yall that don't know what to call em your vet will sell you one for about 15.00 . i keep them around all the time for you never know . then you might wanna check your dog food and see how much vitamin  K  is in it sounds like it might be lacking

my dog had that problem on his ears. i tried the collar thing but everytime he shook his head it tore the scabs open it just took time  for his to heal.
