I give a bunch of coon too an ole timer he only will eat them if there got in the winter. He bbq's them said that's the best way. As for myself theres plenty of hogs runnin around lol

I just cooked a 1/2 grown one saturday , I just cut him up and added onions and seasoning , let him bake in the oven for 2 hours at 350 degrees , then added some bulls eye bbq sauce and back in the oven for 30 minutes and it was very good and tender .
