south FL. public land buck!!

I hunted this buck for a while on a WMA  a few hours from my house !!!
I jumped him and two other bucks one summer that were way bigger than him they were in the 130-140's
This guy was all i could find once i put the pressure on their spot (about a 3 hour walk from the road) two bucks were taken off this place the same year i killed this one that were 141 b and c and the other was 146 so im sure it was prolly the was i was after !!!
I had a heck of a day with this guy the hike in and the hike out killed him at 10 am with the sun shinein and oh was it shinein !!!!

Very nice deer, especially for a Florida WMA... that's like getting a 200 class deer in the midwest. But April??? I'm guessing you took that picture in the Fall    ?
